All priority mail DVD orders are shipped every Friday. Express mail orders are shipped the day after the order is placed.

 

Return Policy

Returning Unused DVDs
DVDs are returnable within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened and in resalable condition.  To receive approval prior to returning your DVD(s), please email  and include your name, address, original invoice number, daytime phone number, and your reason for returning.  After returned DVD(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued via check or credit card at the discretion of Tao of Horsemanship.  The amount refunded will be reduced by the original shipping and handling fees, as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Returning Used DVDs or Other Products 
DVDs that have been opened are not returnable.  Other items, including apparel, are not returnable.

 

If you open it – you own it.

Other Important Return Information

DVDs that do not play on incompatible or outdated devices (such as older-model DVD players or computers) will not be replaced or refunded.

 

International customers should consider purchasing shipping insurance on the full value of DVDs or other items that are purchased.  If you choose not to ensure your order and it gets lost or damaged, Horsemanship does not take responsibility for the loss.  Once your order leaves the United States, we have no authority or control over the handling of the shipment.  If you have any questions regarding this option, please email sales@riderhorsemanship.com for additional information.

TAO OF HORSEMANSHIP COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including Florida.

 

FOR OUR TAX-EXEMPT CUSTOMERS
Tao of Horsemanship does not collect sales tax if we have your exemption certificate on file.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale.
