Virtual Coaching Call (30 Minute)

HOW IT WORKS • Please check the calendar for available dates. These dates and times are EST/USA time zones so please make sure you know your time zone when booking. • Coaching sessions are held on Zoom so we can meet and share the screen to review your video together. Caroline will also send you the recording of your coaching session. You have 30 days to review. • Zoom is free and accessible worldwide at www.zoom.com. • Coaching calls can be made without a video and either on Zoom or via phone. You can still book and let Caroline know your preference in the email you will send with your questions, concerns, video link etc. • If you do not see a time that works for you, please contact Caroline directly at caroline@taoofhorsemanship.com for availability. COACHING PREPARATION • You will need to send an email to Caroline at caroline@taoofhorsemanship.com with your questions, concerns, and/or goals at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. • If you are sending a video, and/or photos, please add them in the email. Please send 48 hours before the scheduled session. VIDEO PREPARATION • Send one, 5-minute video or several short videos, not to exceed 5 minutes total. • When preparing the video, please narrow your focus down to the most important area you need assistance with, and film that area. • Make sure the video is either from your phone or another high-quality camera and NOT from your surveillance camera. (They are often too blurry.) • All video footage MUST be clear, meaning that the challenge at hand needs to be easy to identify. For example, we will need close-up shots of the areas that are in question, or are of concern, in your work with your horse. If your footage is blurry, too far away, or too close for us to detect the issue at hand, you will be asked to record and submit new footage. • We accept videos via email if they are 25mb or smaller. If it is larger, please upload to a video platform and send Caroline the link. (Most students create a private YouTube account and upload their videos for easy viewing.) • Make sure the video is saved as UNLISTED. Public means anyone can see it. Private means only you can see it and unlisted allows anyone with the link to see it. VIDEO PLATFORM PREFERENCE YouTube is the preferred platform. If you send Caroline a link to a different platform please make sure she has access to that platform.
