HOW IT WORKS

1. Payment: Please complete your payment first to secure your session.
2. Schedule Your Session: After payment, email Caroline at caroline@taoofhorsemanship.com to schedule a date. Caroline is available weekdays from 10 AM to 4 PM EST (USA).

Coaching sessions are held on Zoom, which is free and accessible worldwide. You can find it at www.zoom.com.

During the session, you and Caroline can share your screen to review your video together. Afterward, Caroline will send you a recording of the coaching session.

Calls can also be made via phone without video.

You have 30 days to review your session recording.

COACHING PREPARATION

To prepare for your session, please email Caroline at caroline@taoofhorsemanship.com with your questions, concerns, and/or goals at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. If you plan to include a video or photos, please attach them in the email.

VIDEO PREPARATION

1. Videos to Submit: Send one 2-minute video or several short videos, not exceeding a total of 5 minutes.
2. Focus: Narrow your focus to the most important area where you need assistance and film that specific area.
3. Quality: Ensure the video is recorded with a phone or high-quality camera, avoiding surveillance cameras as they are often too blurry.
4. Clarity: All footage must be clear, so the challenge at hand is easy to identify. This may require close-up shots of the areas of concern in your work with your horse. If the footage is blurry, too far away, or too close to identify the issue, you will need to resubmit new footage.
5. Size Limit: Videos can be submitted via email if they are 25 MB or smaller. If larger, please upload them to a video platform and send Caroline the link (most students create a private YouTube account for easy viewing).

6. Privacy Settings: Make sure the video is saved as UNLISTED. Public means anyone can see it, while Private means only you can see it.
