Canceling Your Subscription in Stripe or PayPal

For Subscriptions Paid for Using Stripe

Step 1.

Click on their Avatar in the top right of the page

Step 3.

Select Settings from the dropdown

Step 4.

Click Billing Info in the top right of the page

Step 5.

Depending on the Offer you wish to cancel and the payment method used to purchase the offer, you can cancel your subscription. Choose from Stripe or Paypal.

For Subscriptions Paid for Using PayPal

Step 1.

Click Manage Subscription in Paypal

Step 2.

You will then be redirected to your PayPal account in the Payments tab. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account

Step 3.

Click Payments in the top menu

Step 4.

Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section

Step 5.

Select the merchant (Tao of Horsemanship) in the left sidebar.

Step 6.

Click the Cancel button

Step 7.

Confirm your wish to cancel and click Cancel Automatic Payments

Step 8.

Once confirmed, you will lose access to your Offer Subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.
